SPECIAL SESSION

OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE

COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF SOUTH TAMA COUNTY

 

The Board of Directors of the Community School District of South Tama County met on February 27, 2008 in Special Session meeting at the Administration Building, Tama, Iowa at 5:00 p.m.

 

On call of the roll the following were present:   

Andy Bagnall

                                                                        Jackie Dvorak

                                                                        Ron Hala

                                                                        Don Wacha- absent

                                                                        Michelle Yuska

Quorum present.

 

Also present were: Greg Darling and Kim Gardner

 

Motion by Bagnall, second by Yuska to approve the agenda as presented . All ayes.

 

Motion by Hala, second by Yuska to approve the bills. All Ayes.

 

Motion by Bagnall, second by Hala to go into closed session at 5:07p.m. to discuss the superintendent search. All ayes.

 

Motion by Hala, second by Bagnall to go out of closed session at 7:53 p.m. All ayes

 

 

Motion by Hala, second by Yuska to adjourn a 7:54 p.m.. All ayes
